1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.nagarukavu.org and the services offered by Sri Nagaru Kavu Kshethram Trust (“the Trust”). By accessing the website or using any service (including donation, pooja booking, or offerings), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Website

● The website is provided for information on temple activities, offerings, festivals, and online services.
● Users must provide accurate personal and payment information when completing bookings or donations.
● The Trust may modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Donations and Offerings

● All donations are voluntary contributions to the Trust’s activities.
● Donation receipts will be issued where applicable as per statutory requirements.

4. Service Bookings

● Pooja bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
● The Trust reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a pooja due to operational reasons.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

● Personal data provided for donations or services will be used only to process the request and issue relevant documentation.
● The Trust will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.


7. Liability

● The Trust and the website shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the site or services.
● By using this site, you acknowledge the risk of connectivity issues, payment gateway delays, or service interruptions.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Trust is registered.





Refund & Cancellation Policy




1. General Policy

● All donations and offerings made through www.nagarukavu.org are final and non-refundable.
● Requests for refunds will generally not be entertained, as donations support temple activities and maintenance.

2. Exceptions

● Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

○ Duplicate payments
○ Payment errors verified by the Trust and payment gateway

● Such refunds are processed at the discretion of the Trust after verification.

3. Cancellation of Pooja/Service

● If the Trust cancels a booked pooja due to operational reasons, an option for rescheduling or refund may be offered at the Trust’s discretion.
● Refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7–14 business days) after approval.

4. No Refund for Voluntary Donations

● Voluntary donations for temple welfare, general contributions, and festival offerings are not eligible for refund.
● A donation receipt will be issued but does not imply any entitlement to return of funds.

Note: Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Sri Nagaru Kavu Kshethram Trust.
